Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DevShield, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Our Service
DevShield provides AI-powered monitoring, diagnostics, error tracking,
performance analytics and developer tooling intended to improve application
reliability.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free Plan
DevShield offers a permanent free plan with limited functionality (currently
one monitored project). The free plan does not expire. DevShield reserves
the right to modify the features or limits included in the free plan with
notice.
5. Billing, Plans & Payment
DevShield offers the following paid plans, billed in USD through our payment
processor, Paystack: Weekly ($5), Monthly ($18), and Pro ($35/month). Pricing
is displayed at checkout and may change with notice; changes do not affect
a period you have already paid for.
Paid plans grant access for a fixed period (e.g. 7 or 30 days) from the date
of a successful payment. Access does not auto-renew — no
further charge is made automatically. To continue uninterrupted access after
your period ends, you must initiate a new payment before or after expiry.
If your period lapses, your account reverts to the free plan and
associated limits until you renew.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. DevShield does not store
your card details. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information
is accurate and for any fees your bank or card issuer charges you.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because plans are prepaid for a fixed period and provide immediate access to
the Service, payments are non-refundable once a period has
started, except where required by law or at DevShield's sole discretion
(for example, a duplicate charge or a documented service outage materially
preventing use of a paid feature).

within seven (7) working days of the charge, including your account email
and payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment
method via Paystack and may take a number of business days to appear,
depending on your bank or card issuer.
Since plans do not auto-renew, there is no subscription to "cancel" — simply
choose not to make a further payment. You may delete a project at any time
from Settings; this stops monitoring for that project but does not itself
trigger a refund for the current paid period.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first
may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse DevShield by attempting unauthorized access,
disrupting our infrastructure, distributing malware, abusing APIs,
or violating applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All DevShield software, branding, AI models, documentation and related
technology remain the property of DevShield.
9. Limitation of Liability
DevShield is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of DevShield constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
